Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Tech for Bluff View Sr Village in Columbia, MO. The role focuses on basic residential maintenance, unit turns, and curb appeal, with a full-time schedule 8am–5pm Monday–Friday.

Must have HVAC experience and be willing to train in HUD/LIHTC standards to support our affordable housing properties. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing unit turns (painting, carpet cleaning), assisting neighboring properties, and staying proactive on

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level maintenance experience 0–2 years in residential/multifamily settings.
• Willingness to train in HVAC, safety training, HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Assist with unit turns including painting and carpet cleaning.
• Be available for after-hours on-call and overtime as needed.
• Procure supplies and transport using an insured vehicle.
• Report health and safety concerns to the manager.
• Travel for regional/corporate training as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, staff.
