Job summary

Continuum On South Beach is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to maintain clean and neat common areas in a residential setting. You will oversee cleaning teams, report maintenance needs, and ensure safety standards are followed to protect residents and guests.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience supervising a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and how to properly use them.
• Ability to use standard cleaning equipment within a residential building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react to emergency situations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas to health standards.
• Report maintenance issues to the Building Maintenance Department.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Handle cleaning equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and events as needed.
