Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas within a residential property environment. The role requires the ability to work around cleaning solutions and to report maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, lobbies, restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas, transporting supplies, and reporting maintenance items.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in managing and supervising a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and how to properly use them.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and common rooms to health standards.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery; shampoo as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Carry cleaning supplies with a wheeled cart.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
