Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year experience managing and supervising a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and proper usage.
• Ability to use standard cleaning equipment in a residential building.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must react promptly to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other common areas to health standards.
• Report maintenance issues to the Building Maintenance Department.
• Observe safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations and furniture for events.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
