Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a dedicated housekeeper supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across assigned properties in Miami. You will maintain clean common areas, report problems to the supervisor, and coordinate with the Building Maintenance Department.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience managing a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and proper use.
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment in a residential building.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and common areas.
• Report issues to supervision promptly.
