KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team across residential properties. You will supervise tasks, ensure cleanliness, and act as liaison with Operations/Property Manager.

We value strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and coordinate staff while maintaining safety standards and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the role of housekeeper, janitor, or porter for a residential building.
• At least one-year experience in managing and supervising a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and how to properly use them.
• Ability to react and address all emergencies in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to the housekeeping staff.
• Order, maintain, and stock housekeeping supplies.
• Keep all work and common areas clean and debris-free.
• Supervise trash pickup in common areas and property.
• Report deficiencies and repair needs observed.
• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and other areas to meet health standards.
• Disinfect equipment and supplies.
• Observe safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations and furniture for events.
