Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure the clean, orderly appearance of all assigned areas. You will act as the liaison between the housekeeping staff and the property's Operations Manager/Property Manager, emphasizing professional image, timeliness, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping in a residential setting.
• At least 1 year of managing and supervising housekeeping staff.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and proper usage.
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment in a residential building.
• Timely response to emergencies and effective written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to the housekeeping staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work and common areas.
• Report deficiencies and repair needs around the property.
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and manage storage and supply areas.
• Act as liaison between housekeeping and property management.
