Job summary

Broe Real Estate Group is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the interior public areas and amenities of a residential community. The role ensures spaces are clean, well‑stocked, and inspection ready, and supports unit turn cleaning based on vacancy volume and priorities.

The position collaborates with Property Management, Maintenance, and Grounds teams to support daily operations, events, and inspections, while performing routine cleaning, safety reporting, and guest suite readiness as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in housekeeping, custodial services, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in resident occupied environments with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work indoors for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime based on operational needs.
• Flexibility with schedule to support seasonal demands, unit turn volume, special projects, events, and coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Common Area Cleaning and Presentation: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of interior public areas including lobbies, leasing offices, interior corridors, stairwells, elevators, and shared amenity spaces.
• Unit Turn Cleaning: Perform unit turn cleaning as assigned based on vacancy volume and operational needs.
• Site Inspections and Safety: Perform routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and readiness.
• Equipment, Supplies, and Safety: Safely use cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and supplies; operate vacuums and floor machines.
• Operations and Team Support: Support property events, inspections, tours, and special projects by preparing and maintaining common areas.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties and projects as assigned
