Job Summary

The Residential Housekeeper executes established work schedules within an assigned area, following Facility and Department policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

• Clean residential units, office spaces, and public areas professionally
• Maintain safety, orderliness, and sanitation; identify and report repairs and unsafe conditions
• Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and properly
• Perform special tasks, including resident chargeable duties as instructed
• Clean interior and exterior windows regularly
• Use carpet-cleaning equipment and perform carpet care
• Make or change resident beds as scheduled
