Rate of Pay & Shift: $17.25/hr.

Job Summary: The Residential Housekeeper is responsible for executing established work schedules within an assigned area, following Facility and Departmental policies and procedures.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Cleans residential units, office spaces, and public areas professionally.
2. Maintains public and common areas in a safe, orderly, and sanitary condition; reports repairs and unsafe conditions.
3. Uses cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and according to instructions.
4. Performs special tasks, possibly chargeable to residents, as instructed by the Supervisor.
5. Cleans interior and exterior windows regularly.
6. Uses carpet-cleaning equipment and performs carpet care as instructed.
7. Makes and/or changes resident beds as scheduled.
