Job Summary

The Residential Housekeeper executes established work schedules, maintaining cleanliness and safety within assigned areas according to policies and procedures.

Essential Job Duties

• Clean residential units, office spaces, and public areas professionally
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and orderly public and common areas; identify repairs and unsafe conditions
• Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and correctly
• Perform special tasks as instructed, possibly chargeable to residents
• Clean interior and exterior windows regularly
• Operate carpet-cleaning equipment and perform carpet care
• Make or change resident beds as scheduled

Requirements
