Job summary

Chileda Institute Inc. seeks a House Manager for its La Crosse Treatment and Learning Center. The role oversees daily operations of the assigned house, mentors staff, and ensures meaningful programming for students.

Works with treatment teams to implement communication, behavioral, and life skills training, and evaluates staff performance and operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring PBIS plans are followed, maintaining compliance with policies, and coordinating staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years supervisory experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to train and implement Positive Behavior Support plans.
• Intermediate computer skills to learn and operate software programs.
• Ability to lead a diverse group of employees and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate learning, collaboration, safety, respect, and compassion at all times.
• Provide positive and corrective feedback to ensure staff complete duties.
• Ensure all staff implement the Positive Behavior Support Plans as written.
• Ensure compliance with Chileda Policy and Procedures, RCC regulations, and COA Standards.
• Collaborate with Shift Managers and other House Managers to plan staff coverage for shifts.
• Review student binders and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.
