In this role, you will work directly with students to help them develop social and independent living skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a Trauma Informed Approach with students.
• Encourage individuality by allowing self-expression.
• Record behavior data and communication logs.
• Participate in debriefing with house/classroom leads.
• Help students understand their rights.
