Job summary

Chileda's La Crosse Treatment and Learning Center seeks a House Manager to run daily operations of the assigned house and mentor staff. You will work with treatment teams to implement communication, behavior, and life skills training for students with developmental needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating staff performance, ensuring adherence to policies, and planning coverage for residential shifts. Requires leadership and PBSP/PECS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or at least three years of supervisory experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• Must demonstrate behavior modification skills and judgment suitable for role modeling.
• Ability to lead a diverse staff and train in PBSP, PECS, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned house and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to implement communication and life skills training.
• Ensure staff implement Positive Behavior Support plans and accurate documentation.
