Anchor Home is seeking a House Manager to oversee daily operations in their Residential Program. This role involves supervising DSP staff, ensuring quality services, and promoting individual choice and community engagement for the residents.

Ideal candidates should have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Shift is Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm, with a pay rate of $21-$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned homes.
• Supervise and support direct support professional (DSP) staff.
