Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in residential care or community-based services.
• Two years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Evening, weekend, and emergency availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Residential Operations: Oversee day-to-day operation of the home.
• Develop & Support Your Team: Coach, mentor, and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure Quality: Monitor documentation, incidents, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion Individual Success: Implement Service Plans and promote independence.
• Manage the Home: Oversee budgets, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and leadership.
