Journey's In Community Living is seeking a House Manager to ensure safe, compliant operation of homes and to support people with intellectual disabilities in Murfreesboro, TN. The House Manager will lead scheduling, documentation, and coordination with supervisors, while upholding dignity, respect, and person-centered practices in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience supporting persons with Intellectual Disabilities as a DSP.
• Class D Driver license for State of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Ensure homes operate within regulatory guidelines and staff accordingly.
• Train, mentor and support DSPs; conduct performance reviews.
• Schedule staff to ensure home coverage.
• Report all events per policy by end of shift.
• Oversee medication management per DIDD guidelines and policies.
• Monitor ISP-related plans and ensure staff adherence.
• Document data in EMARS/MARS and manage corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with budgeting and procurement of groceries and supplies.
• Lead team meetings and provide direct support for daily living activities.
• Facilitate community activities and promote person-centered practices.
