Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Freehold, NJ is seeking Real Estate Sales Associates. No prior real estate experience is required as we train you from the ground up.

You will earn competitive commissions on every home you sell, receive leads from day one, and work under a recognized brand with extensive marketing tools and support. Your daily routine includes prospecting by phone/text/email, showing homes, presenting offers, and guiding clients through financing and inspections, with contracts

Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

A day in home sales

At Century 21 Action Plus Realty, your day revolves around people and deals. You prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing. Real Estate Sales Associates at the Freehold office also take part in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.
