Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Associates to sell homes in Howell, NJ. No prior real estate experience is required; we provide award-winning training to license you, help you start earning leads from day one, and support you through licensing and early profitability.

A day in home sales

At Century 21 Action Plus Realty, your day revolves around people and deals. You prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing. Real Estate Sales Associates at the Howell office also take part in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.
