Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Howell, New Jersey is hiring Real Estate Sales Associates with no prior real estate experience required. You will earn competitive commissions on every home sold, receive leads from day one, and work under a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• No experience required - Century 21 Action Plus Realty trains Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

A day in home sales

You prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing. Real Estate Sales Associates at the Howell office also take part in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.
