Job summary

Springbrook is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned community homes in Montana. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, guide staff through Life Plan processes, and ensure compliance with Medicaid and agency policies.

You will lead staff meetings, manage scheduling, and coordinate with families and treatment teams to promote safety and meaningful outcomes for residents. This role requires flexibility and strong leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required; four (4) preferred.
• Must be able to create and present written reports and respond to questions about reports.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50lbs.
• Must be able to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.

Responsibilities

• The Residential Manager is responsible for the overall function and oversight of their location(s).
• Hire, train, supervise, engage and retain Assistant Residential Managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Conduct Life Plan meetings, assessments, or other meetings with individuals receiving services and/or other service providers.
• Review Habilitation Plans and Medicaid billing to ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Maintain medication certification per Springbrook policies.
• Ongoing communication with family members, advocates, and treatment teams.
• Follow on-call rotation and be available for health and safety issues.
