Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Excellent communication with homeowners.
• Experience with pools, hardscapes, masonry, or landscape installation preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and execute multiple projects.
• Leadership and schedule coordination with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage 6-8 active residential projects concurrently.
• Oversee project values from $25K to $300K+.
• Coordinate schedules for masonry, pool, and landscape teams.
• Lead subcontractor trades and field crews.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners throughout projects.
• Use Buildertrend for tracking; support SketchUp/design reviews.
