Paradise Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape & Hardscape Installation Project Manager to lead in-house residential and commercial design-build projects from pre-construction through final completion. This is a hybrid field and management role requiring hands-on leadership in the field and in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction, hardscapes, irrigation, grading, drainage, or outdoor living.
• Ability to read plans and lead field teams.
• Comfort coordinating subcontractors and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape and hardscape design-build projects from approved plan through completion.
• Review plans, scopes, budgets, schedules, and project requirements.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, materials, and deliveries.
• Work alongside installation teams in the field to provide leadership and hands-on support.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure progress aligns with timelines.
• Monitor costs, labor, materials, changes, and profitability.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and standards.
• Maintain proactive client communication throughout the project.
• Identify issues early, develop solutions, and own outcomes.
• Manage punch lists, walkthroughs, closeout, and handoff.
