Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, business development, or outside sales experience.
• Experience building relationships with HOAs, property managers, builders, or developers.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships at different stages.
• Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and execute account plans independently.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive penetration and subscriber growth across assigned communities.
• Track competitive activity and develop response strategies.
• Maintain understanding of service availability and local conditions.
• Provide updates to leadership on performance and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with HOAs, property managers, and on-site teams.
• Coordinate across Direct Sales, New Build Sales, Field Services, Marketing, Events, eCommerce, and Outbound.
