Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, business development, or outside sales.
• Experience building relationships with HOAs, property managers, builders, or developers.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts at different stages.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive subscriber growth across assigned communities by analyzing performance trends and move-in activity.
• Track competitor activity and offers to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of service availability and local conditions impacting sales.
• Provide leadership with updates on performance, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with Business Development to transition communities from construction readiness to sales execution.
• Develop targeted growth strategies using market and demographic insights.
• Coordinate with HOAs, property managers, and sales teams to support growth and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Operations to boost community launches and messaging.
• Increase Optimum visibility through community channels and resident engagements.
• Drive referral program awareness, participation, leads, and conversions.
