Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper at our Tuscaloosa property to maintain common areas and assist with maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to read instructions and document labor and materials
• Punctuality and dependability with ability to work under deadline pressure
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds per SOP and safety standards
• Mow lawns, trim beds, sweep curbs and remove debris
• Repair irrigation, lighting, and minor maintenance as needed
• Assist in snow removal and seasonal plantings
• Promote safety and present a professional appearance
