Job summary

29th Street Property Management seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and exteriors of multi-family properties. Responsibilities include upkeep of common areas, trash removal, and assisting in preparing market-ready units.

The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, with opportunities to handle snow removal and various maintenance tasks. A valid driver’s license may be required and prior groundskeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• No formal education required for the role.
• At least 1 year of groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Must be neat, clean and professional at all times.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in safe use of groundskeeping tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office and parking areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and vacant apartments.
• Support maintenance tasks with the Supervisor and Manager.
• Clean vacant apartments and models as needed.
• Assist in snow removal if applicable.
