Job summary

Price Brothers is seeking a groundskeeping/maintenance focused position in Garland, TX. The role supports residential properties by maintaining grounds, assisting with exterior maintenance, and ensuring clean units for move-ins.

The ideal candidate brings customer service skills and the ability to work well both in a team and independently. A valid driver license is required, and some experience with equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.
• Previous janitorial or mechanical experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in both team and individual environments.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard.
• Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal.
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services (snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance, pool operations).
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move ins.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with residents and team members.

Key Role Responsibilities

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred)


• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment


• Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment


• Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor
