Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, assist with make-readies, and support common-area upkeep at our Dallas-area properties. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and proactive issue resolution.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash.
• Keep mail rooms clean and remove dated notices from bulletin boards.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and maintenance tasks as requested.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances and replace air filters as scheduled.
• Clean pool area and assist with general upkeep.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as needed.
