Job summary

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join our client's team at two properties in Edina, MN. The role requires at least 1 year in a porter or groundskeeping role; residential multi-family experience is highly preferred.

The position is contract to hire, with salary $25-30/hour and a Monday–Friday schedule 8am–4:30pm. You will perform routine upkeep of grounds, buildings, and amenities to maintain curb appeal, assist in unit turns, handle trash removal, weather prep, and operate

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in porter or groundskeeping role.
• Residential multi-family experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and active vehicle insurance.
• Background check will be conducted prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure curb appeal.
• Assist in cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Complete weather preparation and cleanup as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by community leadership.
