• Identify additional service opportunities and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Build trust and establish long-term relationships through exceptional service.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and customer interactions accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure efficient scheduling and customer communication.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
