Unlike traditional technician roles that prioritize extensive mechanical experience, this position is ideal for individuals who excel at building customer relationships, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, and serving as a trusted advisor to homeowners.

The Generator Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine generator maintenance, conducting system inspections, educating customers on equipment performance and service options, and recommending solutions that help protect their homes and families. While generator experience is beneficial, strong communication, customer service, and sales skills are the primary qualifications for success in this role.
