Qualifications

• 2–5 years of electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills, professional and customer‑focused.
• Solid understanding of the NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Experience working with residential customers is a plus.
• Journeyman Electrician license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install home standby generators (20kW–150kW).
• Install transfer switches (100A–800A).
• Set up load‑shedding and power‑management modules.
• Complete control wiring and low‑voltage connections.
• Install or upgrade electrical panels.
• Perform electrical service upgrades.
• Run conduit, wiring, and components for safe installs.
