Precision Door Service is seeking a Residential Installer to install and service garage doors for residential customers in Fresno, CA. The role interacts with customers daily, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction, while coordinating with the call center and Customer Service Managers.

The position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance, with training provided and opportunities for growth within the branch network.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a standard drug test upon request.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to work with common power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet.
• Must be able to read and write legibly and accurately.
• Must be able to walk and carry items on uneven ground.
• Must be able to climb and work from a 12’ step ladder.
• Must be able to safely drive a service truck or van during the day, night, and in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Remove and haul existing garage door and install new garage doors.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
• Learn track alignment, back hangs, and door/operator repairs.
• Maintain product knowledge and review new products when appropriate.
• Ensure installation meets customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Review Work Order/Invoice information for accuracy before departing.
• Promote Precision Door Service products and services where possible.
• Keep truck fueled, serviced, and restocked daily.
• Maintain timecards and perform secondary tasks as requested by the Branch Manager.
