Precision Door Service is hiring a Residential Installer for garage door installation and service. You will interact daily with customers, ensuring satisfaction, maintaining a neat appearance, and handling tasks assigned by the Call Center or Customer Service Managers.

The role involves removing old doors, installing new units, learning track alignment and maintenance, and promoting company products. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet.
• Must be able to read and write legibly and accurately.
• Must be able to safely drive a service truck or van.

Responsibilities

• Remove and haul existing garage door.
• Installation of new garage doors.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
• Learn basics of track alignment and door repairs.
• Maintain product knowledge for offered products.
• Ensure installation satisfies the customer and address issues.
• Review Work Order/Invoice information for accuracy.
• Promote Precision Door Service products and services.
• Keep truck fueled, serviced, and stocked daily.
• Assist in unloading and maintain timecards.
• Perform secondary tasks as needed by Branch Manager.
