Job summary

Precision Door Service in Hayward, CA is seeking a Residential Installer to install and service residential garage doors. You will interact with customers daily, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with the call center and branch manager.

The role requires safe operation of trucks and tools, and a neat appearance. This is a commission-based position with earning potential of $80,000–$110,000 per year, training pay $20–$23 per hour during the first 12 weeks, and benefits including medical,

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to understand and work with common power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet.
• Must be able to read and write legibly and accurately.
• Must be able to climb and work from a 12’ step ladder.

Responsibilities

• Remove and haul existing garage door.
• Installation of new garage doors.
• Attend and participate in safety meetings.
• Learn track alignment, back hangs, operator arm, photo eye settings, and other repairs.
• Maintain product knowledge for offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
