Job summary

Precision Door Service is seeking a Residential Garage Door Installer to serve customers and install garage doors with a focus on safety and quality. You will work with our team to remove old doors, install new units, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn door systems and maintenance practices. Steady schedule with a flexible workweek; compensation includes base pay with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Must have good mechanical aptitude and ability to work with common power tools.
• Ability to read and write legibly and accurately.
• Must be able to walk and carry items on uneven ground.
• Ability to climb and work from a 12' step ladder.
• Must be able to pass a standard drug test.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Remove and haul existing garage door.
• Install new garage doors.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
• Learn track alignment, back hangs, operator parts, and door repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and complete work orders accurately.
• Promote Precision Door Service products and services.
• Maintain truck readiness and restock materials daily.
