Precision Door Service in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Residential Installer. The role installs garage doors, serves customers, and collaborates with the call center and Customer Service Managers. You’ll maintain safety, review work orders, and promote Precision Door Service products.

This commission-based position offers an earning potential of $80,000–$110,000 annually, with training pay $20–$23 during the first 12 weeks. Company provides comprehensive benefits and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a standard drug test.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to understand and work with common power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet.

Responsibilities

• Remove and haul existing garage door.
• Install new garage doors.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
• Learn basics of track alignment and door repairs.
• Review Work Order/Invoice information for accuracy before departing.
• Promote Precision Door Service products and services.
• Maintain truck readiness and restock daily.
• Assist in unloading of trucks when requested.
