Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and security of the facility and residents.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention as required.
• Document incidents and maintain client case records.
• Conduct monthly fire drills and assist with daily living skills.
• Escort clients to medical or other pertinent appointments.
• Maintain sign-in procedures for visitors and sign logs.
• Remain on site until relief staff arrives.
