Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of road construction or heavy equipment experience, a high school diploma, basic English, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and may need a CDL under DOT guidelines; overtime and weekend work may be

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English communication required.
• On-the-job or vocational training completed.
• 3–5 years of road construction or heavy equipment experience.
• CDL may be required per DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, forklifts, backhoes, dump trucks, and cranes.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance.
• Complete paperwork and documentation as required.
• Work overtime, late nights, and occasional weekends.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and work area.
