Candidates should have 3+ years of foundation design experience, be able to read architectural drawings with minimal supervision, and be familiar with PTI slab analysis software and related geotechnical

Formación

• 3+ years of foundation design experience in residential structures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Prepare structural foundation plans for residential structures using architectural drawings with limited supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret residential architectural blueprints.
• Familiarity with PTI slab analysis software.
• Familiarity with survey plans, plot plans and geotechnical reports.
• Familiarity with building codes is a plus.
• Willingness to work long days and weekends.
• A team-oriented, proactive and adaptable work ethic.
