Job summary

You will gather information, resolve issues, and support the Project Team, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Accurately create quotes and orders for clients.
• Coordinate and manage client orders from proposals through installation.
• Enter quotes and orders with Hedberg Order System with high accuracy.
• Communicate order status with team and client on an ongoing basis.
• Review vendor acknowledgments and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with administrative duties including front desk and receptionist backup coverage.
