Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Flooring Installer in Boston, MA. The role starts early, with 6:30 AM shifts Monday–Friday, involving loading materials, traveling to homes, and installing/removing flooring while maintaining a 5-star customer experience.

You will greet customers, perform installations, ensure cleanups, and manage paperwork and payments, contributing to a seamless remodeling process.

Qualifications

• Experience installing flooring, remodeling, or carpentry or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
