West Shore Home is seeking a Flooring Installer in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves loading materials at the warehouse, traveling to customer locations, removing old flooring, installing new floors, replacing trim, and ensuring a clean, well-presented job site.

You will collect paperwork and payments and return to the warehouse upon completion. The position requires basic carpentry and tool proficiency, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone for system logins.

Qualifications

• Experience installing remodeling projects or carpentry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required for two-factor authentication/logins.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
