Job summary

West Shore Home in Boston, MA is seeking a Flooring Installer to perform safe floor installations, demo and replacement, and finishing touches in customers' homes. You’ll start at 6:30 AM from the warehouse, travel to job sites, greet customers, and deliver a 5-star experience while following SOPs and safety PPE.

Flooring Installer

Purpose Of Position

The Flooring Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $21-$26 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience installing window/doors, carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
