Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Flooring Installer for the Raleigh-Durham area. You will start at 6:30 AM and work Monday–Friday, loading materials, visiting customer homes, installing flooring, and replacing trim with care for the customer’s space.

The role emphasizes safety, SOP compliance, and a 5-star customer experience. Prior installation or construction interest is valuable; valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE protocol adherence.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks and travel to jobs.
• Greet customers, establish rapport, and perform flooring installations.
• Demo existing flooring, install new flooring, and replace trim as needed.
• Clean work areas thoroughly, protecting customer home and belongings.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
