Job summary

Residential Resources, Inc. in Keene is seeking a Float Direct Support Professional to provide support across multiple residential programs in the Greater Keene area.

You’ll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives with variety and meaningful work every day. This full-time role offers flexible shifts, on-call rotation, and opportunities to assist with daily living skills, community involvement, and skill-building.

Qualifications

• Open availability including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays and on-call rotation.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Experience in human services is a plus; we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care as needed.
• Support community involvement and meaningful activities.
• Cover shifts at various locations based on program needs.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to ensure quality coverage and continuity of support.
• Promote independence, choice, and quality of life.
