Residential Resources, Inc. in Keene, NH is hiring Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our staffed residences in the Keene/Greater Keene area.

This part-time position offers weekend shifts and a chance to make a difference in a supportive team. You’ll help with daily routines, personal care, and medications (training provided) in a safe, engaging home environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass all required criminal and background checks.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record (3+ years).

Residential Resources is hiringWeekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)to support individuals affected by intellectual/developmental disabilitiesin our staffed residences in Keene/Greater Keene area—and we havemultiple openings available!

Whether you're an experienced DSP or new to the field, we welcome your passion and dedication. Each home has its own rhythm—some are calm and quiet, others more active—so we’ll work with you to find the right fit.

Weekend Shifts Available:

• Saturday &/or Sunday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Pay Range:

• $17.00-$20.00 depending on the residence.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on support and personal care
• Assist with daily routines and medication (training provided)
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals who want to workall or most of their hours on weekends
• Compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference

Requirements:

• Must be18 years or older
