Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential construction sites with integrity and excellence. The role is based in Gibsonton, Florida, and requires strong communication and leadership as you manage slab, block, and framing work.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to grow with the company. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees.
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites (slab, block, framing).
• Lead subcontractors with accountability for quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews.
• Enforce safety protocols and building code compliance.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage.
• Communicate updates and reports to project managers and clients.
