Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in construction
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites including slab, block, and framing
• Lead subcontractors with accountability ensuring quality and safety
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews addressing issues proactively
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources
• Communicate updates and reports to project managers and clients
